Casey Gwinn,  President and Co-Founder of the Alliance for Hope International, is the former two-term City Attorney of San Diego, where he ably served before leaving to broaden his public service through the founding of the Alliance, becoming a national and international leader in domestic violence.

From his experiences, he co-authored with Dr Chan Hellman., “Hope Rising: How the Science of Hope Can Change your Life” (copies of which will be available for sale and signing).
